FREE KINDY FUNDING FROM JANUARY 2024
As of January 2024, Queensland Government funds FREE KINDY for 15 hours per week / 40 weeks per year. Cannon Hill Kindy is proud to be approved to offer families in our local community this funding.

* To be eligible for Queensland Kindergarten Funding (QKF), your child must be turning 4 years old by 30th June in the year they attend Kindy, and access QKF from only one program.

Cannon Hill Kindy is an approved kindergarten program provider under the Queensland Kindergarten Funding (KFS). Our kindergarten programs are delivered by a qualified early childhood teacher, and are aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, or other education program approved by the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority.

Each class is led by an Early Childhood Teacher and an Educator, and an additional Inclusive Support Educator may also work with the class to promote inclusive learning and help with additional needs.

Please note that our Centre operates during QLD public school terms and also has the same holidays as QLD Public Schools.

OTHER FEES AND LEVIES
We are a not-for-profit community kindergarten and we aim to ensure that cost is not a barrier to your child's participation in our quality Kindergarten program. Families who meet the eligibility criteria may be able to access additional support.​​

A one-off, non-refundable $100 enrolment fee is payable when you confirm your enrolment offer at our Kindy. This fee can be waived if you are an eligible concession card holder. Please discuss this with our Office Manager.
